    Maria Palacios established her passion for sales and working with people in her career as a beauty professional for 25 years.  She has always had the gift of building friendships and rapport with people.  Building relationships has always come natural for her and is the cause of her success in the real estate business.  She has an amazing business mind and in her first year of being in the real estate business she was in the top 10 in a company of 2,500 agents.  Her passion and her success have continually made her a top producer in the Southern California area year after year.  She is always looking at how she can conquer her next challenge in the real estate business and in life.  Her and her son Chris work now as a mother & son team establishing their family team.

    Chris Gonzales is a graduate of the University of California San Diego.  He graduated with a degree in Human Development with an emphasis on Pre-Medicine.  It was difficult for Chris to leave sunny San Diego but it was for the better.  He moved to Downey where he started his career as a Banker for Wells Fargo and one year later married his wife Amber.  It was durring that time that he and his mother, Maria Palacios began to work together as a mother and son team in the real estate business.  Chris obtained his Brokers license and began to establish a full service family real estate team.

    Amber Gonzales is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Her role in this team is Transaction Coordinator/Notary. She makes sure that the  transaction of each sale flows smoothly.  She takes pride in crossing all the t's and dotting all the i's in all the paperwork necessary for your transaction. She is from San Diego originally. She met Chris Gonzales while in college and now they are married. She was sad to leave beautiful San Diego, but was excited to start her new life with Chris.

    Andrew Palacios is a Licensed Realtor born and raised in Downey CA specializing With first time buyers and managing marketing campaigns for Maria Palacios and Assoc. Andrew Palacios is also a graduate of the California school of culinary arts. He loves food and the art of opening new and exciting restaurants. He recently helped open Sams Sea Food in Huntington Beach with his old friends from Tantalum restaurant in Long Beach. His hopes and dreams are to one day become the next Maria Palacios and then open and host party’s for his clients in the restaurants he will continue to open through his career in Real Estate.
