Chris Gonzales is a graduate of the University of California San Diego. He graduated with a degree in Human Development with an emphasis on Pre-Medicine. It was difficult for Chris to leave sunny San Diego but it was for the better. He moved to Downey where he started his career as a Banker for Wells Fargo and one year later married his wife Amber. It was during that time that he and his mother, Maria Palacios began to work together as a mother and son team in the real estate business. Chris obtained his Real Estate Broker License and began to establish a full service family real estate team.
Andrew Palacios is a Licensed Realtor born and raised in Downey CA specializing With first time buyers and managing marketing campaigns for Maria Palacios and Assoc. Andrew Palacios is also a graduate of the California school of culinary arts. He loves food and the art of opening new and exciting restaurants. He recently helped open Sams Sea Food in Huntington Beach with his old friends from Tantalum restaurant in Long Beach. His hopes and dreams are to one day become the next Maria Palacios and then open and host party’s for his clients in the restaurants he will continue to open through his career in Real Estate.
Irma shows a passion for working with buyers to find their home. Being very business minded, she established a succesful company in product development. Irma decided that her passion to work one on one with people could be met in the real estate business so she began working as a realtor on Maria's team and has been here ever since.
